Ocean Shores is a beautiful small town and a great place to be a law enforcement Officer. Tourism is the City's primary business and construction closely follows. Thanks to tourism and our beach location our 12 commissioned Officers handle a wide variety of calls including such things as injured seagulls and seal pups on the beach.

The Ocean Shores Police Association combines the Commissioned as well as non-commissioned employees of the Ocean Shores Police Department in an effort to help improve the quality of life for our local children. Many local children are attending college with the assistance of our scholarships. Many have benefited from our support of school activities from sports to the arts. We are doing what we can and with your help we can do more.
